Sleeps 4-6. 2 bedrooms inside the main house with a further optional sleeping space in the summer house. Please note this has a futon style double bed and has more of a glamping feel. Ideal for teens! Or can be used as an additional living space/games room. This room is situated separate to the cottage in the fully enclosed garden. Two bathrooms.

Dog-Friendly	Yes, up to 2 well behaved dogs (£20/dog extra). Please be aware that there is a narrow pavement outside the front door so dog owners should take care when exiting/ entering the property as cars pass very close by.
Suitability	The property is situated over two floors and there is one bathroom downstairs and a shower room upstairs.
Bedrooms	Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a double futon bed that can be made up as a bed or sofa (Please request your preference when booking).
Kitchen	Fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, sink, extractor fan, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine, coffee maker, microwave, dining table.
Outdoors	Fully enclosed garden. Please note there isn't a lawn. Outdoor table and chairs. There is a small informal garden room, great for a quiet cup of tea while you await the red squirrels and birds.
Parking	Roadside or on The Green for a daily / weekly charge.
Children	A highchair and travel cot available upon request. Please note bedding for the travel cot is not provided. Parents need to be aware that the garden is split level, access to the upper level is via a small set of steps. There is also a narrow pavement outside the front door so care is needed when entering/ exiting the property as cars /buses pass very close to the house.
Bikes	Please note access to the garden is through the house only. Bikes will need to be kept in your car.

General	Easy strolling distance to Beaumaris town centre and seafront.
Utilities	All utilities, linen and bath towels provided. Please note you will need to bring beach towels. No smoking. Gas central heating and constant hot water.
Booking Details	Please note a 20% deposit (excluding last minute bookings) is required at the time of booking. Balance payment due 30 days prior to the start of your holiday.
